The final artwork remains the intellectual property of Ixayann / NotIxay; the commission cannot be claimed as one's own

The client acquires solely personal use rights; using the commission for profit is prohibited

I reserve the right to use the commission for promotional purposes (unless otherwise specified from the beginning).

I reserve the right to reject the commission if I am uncomfortable or unable to meet the standards.

Payment via PayPal; if you are from Mexico, you can inquire about bank transfer

To commence work, a 50% advance payment of the total commission is required

Refund of this advance will only be granted if the sketching process has not started or if, for any reason, I cannot complete the commission

To request a commission or address any queries, send a Direct Message via Twitter (X) or Instagram. If there are no questions, provide the specifications for your commission as described below.

If your commission is accepted, proceed with a 50% advance payment of the total commission; the remainder will be paid upon completion of the commission.

Upon payment, the sketching process will begin, and it will be sent for confirmation of the client's satisfaction with the pose, expressions, etc. A maximum of 3 changes are allowed during the creation process.

The creation and delivery process may take from two weeks to two months.
